Many people enjoy a special relationship with Mt. Tamalpais. These paintings are the result of my own personal exploration. The endless play of light and spectacular vistas have been a constant source of inspiration for over 30 years. It is my intent not only to portray the beauty of the locale but to convey the drama of experience as well. Working in the studio layering many small strokes, I create my scenes using elements gathered through years of photography and observation.
